This is Meilian, a Ph.D. student at National University of Singapore working to develop adaptive land-use strategies for sustainability. I work at the intersection of Engineering, Economics, Artificial Intelligence, Environmental Policy, and Data Science.
My Ph.D. research focuses on adaptive spatial optimization for the Water-Food-Energy-Ecosystems nexus, especially under climate change, through some advanced methods such as Deep Reinforcement Learning (DRL) and Large Language Models (LLM). The objective of my research is to inform when, where, and which action is the best to achieve multiple benefits across sectors and scales.
